Paul is a graduate of Agricultural Economics and Extension with practical experience in aquaculture management, agribusiness operations, and small business administration. He have hands-on exposure to fish farm management, production supervision, and operational support, alongside experience running an independent service business.Beyond technical skills, I am a disciplined, responsible, and results-oriented individual with proven leadership experience developed through academic roles and real-world work environments. I am adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in both team-based and independent settings.
